We sure have had an exciting weekend here at Genuine Iceland. We have been working very hard recently to bring you guys some new and exciting content, and it payed off this weekend as we were able to go on two amazing tours.
This Saturday we decided to check back with our good friends over at Special Tours and experience the one tour that we hadn’t been on already. Yes loyal readers, we went on the Sea angling tour!

Hello dear readers
Unfortunately we’ve been busy working our respective jobs for the last week so we haven’t found much time to do many activities or produce new content for you but that’s hopefully all about to change in the coming weeks.
I’m at work right now, which is a shame because the weather is absolutely wonderful outside right now. But I stepped outside from my desk job for a little bit to give you a little sneak peek of what you can expect if you decide to travel to Iceland and what you’re missing out on right now.

We are proud to introduce a new and original way to travel around Iceland. No longer must you spend the big bucks on car rentals as well as hotels. Icelandic festivals seem to be as many as the hairs on my head, so it can often be difficult to seperate the good from the bad, or lets say the very best from the good, that’s of course where we come in.
After a long discussion and a lot of arguing, we’ve finally managed to come to a decision as we present to you the top 5 festivals in Iceland.
